Retreat Terms & Conditions Agreement 

By checking the box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refunds: All retreat payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with written approval. No credits or rollovers will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Organizer: If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, a full refund of retreat payments will be issued. The organizer is not responsible for reimbursing your travel or third-party expenses.
3. Travel Insurance: You are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unexpected issues.
4. Health & Dietary Needs: You agree to inform the organizer of any relevant medical conditions or food allergies. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, guarantees cannot be made.
5. Photo & Video Release: You grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to be captured during the retreat and used in promotional and marketing materials by the organizer.
6. Liability Waiver: You understand and accept all risks associated with participating in the retreat, including travel, physical activity, and excursions. You release the organizer and affiliates from liability for injury, illness (including COVID-19), or property damage.
7. Schedule Changes: The retreat schedule is subject to change. No refunds will be given for modified or canceled activities due to weather, safety, or availability.
8. Room Sharing: If assigned a shared room, you agree to respect your roommate(s) and shared space. Specific roommate requests are not guaranteed.
9. Conduct Expectations: Respectful, inclusive behavior is expected from all participants. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
10. Minors: This retreat is for adults 18+. Attendees under 18 must have written approval and a legal guardian present, who assumes full responsibility.
11. Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for retreat changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control (e.g. natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics, etc.).
12. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA
